Our program includes:

  • Two or three workouts per week, each lasting about one hour.

  • Choice of three nutrition plans:

    • Plan 1: Eat all of the foods you eat now, but slowly reduce the amounts. No food is "bad food" or prohibited. No calorie counting. We work to slowly change your eating habits and tastes. Success breeds success.

    • Plan 2: We make suggestions as to calories to be eaten, and levels of nutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) to be eaten. We make suggestions as to what foods will easily supply these and you are free to choose.

    • Plan 3: This is for those who have a deadline, a rather short deadline. We set calorie limits and nutrient levels. We give food lists for you to choose from. This is a rather restrictive plan, and is only for quick weight loss and is not sustainable. We recommend this only if there is a real need to lose the weight quickly. We suggest then shifting to one of the other plans to sustain the weight loss.

We believe that hunger is the enemy of weight loss. That's why our program focuses on helping you feel full and satisfied, even while you're losing weight. We also believe that everyone is different, and that's why we offer three different nutrition plans. This way, you can choose the plan that best fits your needs and lifestyle.
