Weight Loss Programs
Three nutrition programs to choose from
We offer three nutrition programs to accomplish weight loss.
The first is a quick weight loss program. This program is the most strict in its nutrition part, and is medium in intensity in its workout component. Our clients have lost up to 45 pounds on this program in as little as 3 months.
The second is a get healthy, learn to eat for nutrition and health, and lose body fat program. This program teaches you proper nutrition to lose weight and keep it off long term. This program is less strict in its nutrition component and eases you into eating properly for good health. The exercise portion of this program is more intense. Our clients have lost up to 30 pounds on program in as little as 3 months.
The third is a "Eat whatever you want, never be hungry" weight loss program. On this program you can eat whatever foods you want, as long as you stay within the given calorie and macro guidelines. We teach you how you can eat whatever you want, and feel like you are eating all the time, never be hungry (in fact, hunger is the enemy in this program), and lose weight. The exercise component of this program ranges from very light to heavy, depending on how much exercise you want to do. Our clients have lost up to 20 pounds on this program in as little as 3 months.

We offer strength increase, muscle building program with no long-term commitment.

The exercise portion of this program builds in intensity each week.
Our clients have doubled their strength as demonstrated by the combined increases in key measurable strength exercises on this program in as little as 3 months

We offer a firming and toning program with no long-term commitment.
This is a general overall health and fitness program.
This program includes a nutrition guidance portion and an exercise portion of medium intensity. Our clients have seen loss of the loose skin, flabby, "skinny fat" look on this program.
